UIL Constitution and Contest Rules
The UIL Constitution and Contest Rules are the official rules that govern all UIL-sponsored activities and also define the direction, function and purpose of the League.

UIL Administration
The UIL is administered by the Executive Director and various support staff. Many contests are directed by University of Texas at Austin faculty who teach in the area of the contests they direct.
