The UIL Legislative Council requires all coaches to complete the COPE program each year. As of May, 2008 the COPE program is available only via the UIL Website.

To complete the online COPE program, coaches must first register for an account on the UIL Gateway. The link below provides step-by-step instructions for registration. Once registered as a coach, you will be directed to the COPE program.
