ANIMALS
Only certified service dogs or service dogs in training (and of course, SPIKE!) will be allowed into The Dell Diamond. All other animals are prohibited.
ATMs
There are five ATMs at The Dell Diamond located on the concourse level, behind sections 115, 117 and 121, by the Texadelphia restaurant behind the right field berm area, and next to The Railyard, The Express Team Store, stadium entrance.
BABY CHANGING AREAS
Changing tables are available in all restrooms throughout the ballpark.
BERM SEATING AREA
General admission tickets entitle you to a seat on our lovely grass berm seating area, located above the outfield. You are welcome to bring blankets and towels to sit on, but beach and lawn chairs are not allowed.
CAMERAS
Still Cameras are allowed in the ballpark but cannot interfere with another fan's enjoyment of the game. Video Cameras are prohibited for the UIL Baseball State Championships.
CONDUCT
Any patron(s) displaying the following conduct will be subject to ejection from the stadium:
? Interfering with other guests' ability to enjoy the game
? Using foul or abusive language or gestures
? Wearing obscene or indecent clothing
? Appearing impaired/intoxicated
? Interfering with the progress of the game or going on to the field (also subject to arrest)
CONCESSIONS
The food and beverage concessions and catering at The Dell Diamond are operated by Express Hospitality Services, a Round Rock based, family owned business.
There are six permanent concession stands located throughout the concourse at The Dell Diamond. Just beyond the right field grass berm is the Texadelphia Cabana, which features special menu items from Texadelphia including their Cheesesteak Sandwich, half-pound grilled Angus Beef Burger, and their famous Queso and Chips.
For the 2005 season, concourse kiosks will feature returning fan favorites such as Hooter's Wings and Fries, Pok-e-Jo's BBQ, Michael Angelo's Calzones, Nolan Ryan's Tender Age Beef Grill Stand, fresh popped Caramel Corn, Dippin Dots Ice Cream, Snowie Shaved Ice with the Fun Flavor Station, Dreyer's Pints and Novelty Ice Creams, and our Specialty and Import Beer Stands.
Additional specialty items for the 2005 season include the famous Red Hot Chicago Hot Dogs, Funnel Cakes, Cotton Candy, and Fresh Squeezed Lemonade, Snow Cones, and a new Frozen Margarita Stand.
For fan convenience, there are vendors roaming the stadium selling Peanuts, Cracker Jack, Cotton Candy, Soda, Bottled Water, Fresh Squeezed Lemonade, Snow Cones, Ice Cream and a great selection of ice cold beer.
Express Hospitality Services welcomes two new partners for the 2005 season - Bennigan's and Quizno's Subs. These stands, featuring an array of new food selections for Express fans, are located on the first base concourse behind sections 123 and 124.
DUGOUTS
Fans are only allowed on the dugout tops if they are participating in an in-game promotion and are escorted by an Express employee!
ELEVATORS
Elevators are located behind section 114 and by the entrance to the Express administrative office.
EXIT AND RE-ENTRY
You may exit and re-enter the stadium, as long as you have your ticket hole-punched on your way out and present your ticket on your way back in.
FIRST AID
The First Aid Station is located on the Concourse Level next to the Archstone Communities Guest Services Desk. If first aid assistance is needed, please go to the First Aid Station or contact the nearest Round Rock Express Usher.
FOOD
No outside food is allowed inside The Dell Diamond. Please see the Concessions section for some of the tasty treats available from Express Hospitality Services.
FOUL BALLS
Foul balls hit into the stands are yours to keep, courtesy of Spalding, the UIL and the Round Rock Express. Please stay alert at all times.
GATE TIMES AND ENTRANCES
Stadium gates open 60 minutes prior to the first game of the day. Entrance gates to the ballpark for the UIL State Baseball Championships are located at Home Plate.
ICE CHESTS AND COOLERS
Ice chests and coolers are not allowed inside The Dell Diamond.
LAWN CHAIRS
All types of lawn and beach chairs are prohibited at The Dell Diamond. Blankets and towels work better for sitting on the grass berm anyway! Seat cushions are also allowed.
LOST CHILDREN
If you lose your child during a ballgame, immediately contact the nearest usher.
EXPRESS MERCHANDISE - The Railyard
The Railyard retail store is located on the first base side of The Dell Diamond. The Railyard is stocked with all forms of Express merchandise imaginable, including shirts, hats, mini-bats, posters, and even EXPRESS beanie bears! You can also shop The Railyard online at www.roundrockxpress.com
PARKING
There are 3,500 paved on-site spaces, and on-site gravel parking available for an additional 500 vehicles.
POLICE
For the safety of our guests, police are on site at all Express games and during most other events here at The Dell Diamond. If you have an emergency, please contact the nearest Round Rock Express staff member.
PROGRAMS AND TOURNAMENT SOUVENIRS
UIL Baseball State Championship Programs will be available for purchase ($3) at the entrance to The Dell Diamond. T-shirts and other tournament memorabilia will be on sale on the concourse behind home plate.
RESTROOMS
Both men's and women's restrooms are located throughout the ballpark, and there is one family restroom. Men's restrooms are located behind sections 111, 116, 120, and at the end of the first base concourse, next to the Rainbow Play Systems Picnic Area. Women's restrooms are located behind sections 111, 118, 122, and at the end of the first base concourse, next to the Rainbow Play Systems Picnic Area. The family restroom is located next to the Archstone Communities Guest Services Desk, near the Home Plate entrance. There are also restrooms located on the suite level, across from Suite 13.
SECURITY
For the safety of all of our fans, all items carried into The Dell Diamond are subject to search.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking areas at The Dell Diamond, which are located on the outer concourse above the seating areas.
STROLLERS
We welcome strollers into The Dell Diamond, but please make sure they can be folded up and placed under your seat during the game.
TELEPHONES
There is a payphone located on the concourse level behind section 113.
TICKETS FOR EXPRESS GAMES
Game tickets may be purchased online at www.roundrockexpress.com, by phone at (512) 255-2255, or in person at The Dell Diamond Ticket Office. Individual game tickets range in price from $5 - $10. TICKET OFFICE
The Dell Diamond Ticket Office is located on the first base side of the ballpark, across from the United Heritage Center.
WATER FOUNTAINS
Water fountains are located throughout the ballpark, next to all restrooms.
WEAPONS
For the safety of all guests, weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited at The Dell Diamond. The only exception to this is law enforcement personnel in the performance of their official duties. Guests wishing to enter the stadium for a game or event consent to a reasonable search for weapons before entering. Failure to comply with the above conditions will be denied admittance or may be ejected. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed in such an event.
"WILL CALL" WINDOW
Guests may pick up "Will Call" tickets at The Dell Diamond Ticket Office located at the First Base Entrance. A valid photo must be presented when picking up tickets at Will Call, and tickets will only be released to the individual named on the envelope.
