9 am - 1pm –– State Finalists Verification and Adjustment period

1 pm - 6:30 pm  –– Adjudication period (adjudicators only) Closed Lobby

 

Wednesday- May 4 (Day Two) 

8:30 am  –– Lobby Doors open

9 am -1:30 pm   –– Gallery critiques / Oral component with Finalists - PAC Lobby

3 pm - 4 pm  –– Awards Ceremony - PAC Auditorium

4 pm  –– Strike non-medalists designs only. Medalist designs will stay displayed in the lobby throughout the OAP state meet
